Tariq Halal Lamb Chops
Fresh Lemon juices
Prep & Cooking Time:
- Mix oil and spices in a bowl and add yoghurt and a squeeze of fresh lemon to form a paste
- Add a pinch of salt to lamb chops before tenderising
- Fully coat lamb chops in paste
- Leave to marinade for 2 hours / overnight
- Add marinaded lamb chops to a heated pan and cook both sides for 5 minutes
- Garnish with fresh coriander
- Serve and enjoy!
